Goresbrook Park, Dagenham was acquired as a joint venture between Sheikh Holdings, Landid and ICG Longbow.

It is a 28 acre industrial and distribution scheme located within the M25 containing ambient and temperature controlled space across five warehouses and one standalone office.

The site strategically fronts the A13, providing dual carriageway access to Central London and the M25, the site is also serviced by the national rail network.
