Brogborough is a joint venture with Prologis, the largest industrial estate company in the world.

The site extends 11 acres and benefits from excellent transport links located directly off the M1 at Brogborough. There is planning potential for circa 264k sq. ft of logistics warehouse space.

Prologis own the majority of the logistics space in the vicinity, with occupiers such as Amazon, FedEx, Adidas and Unilever.

With huge demand for logistics space in this area, the plan is to pre-let this space and build for sale to an institutional buyer.
