Bradbury works is a well established industrial complex, which is situated on the Springwood Industrial Estate in Braintree, Essex.

The 9 acre site is located one mile from the A120 and A131, which is directly connected to Stansted International Airport.

The site was purchased with planning for 195k sq. ft of industrial warehouse space. The plan is to seek further planning for smaller units that will appeal to local and national operators on a freehold sale basis.
